Here we are... Clean vdr-1.5.13 with 2 budget cards (DVB-T and DVB-C with CI) and xine-0.8.1 plugin.
Looks like your CAM can handle multiple parallel decryptions. So I ran the test with a CAM that can do that here, too, but the result was the same as ever - works just fine.
Which kind of CAM are you using?
