Right now it seems this will take longer. A reset doesn't help, the serial remote console doesn't show anything and I can't access the FTP server with the backups :-(
I'll call the Strato support tomorrow, hope they can help.

Do you have a rough idea when it will be up and running again?
It's a hardware issue and I hope they will change the chassis today. I don't have a super-duper-premium-SLA, so communication with the server provider is kinda slow.
