Here is a patch that updates resume of a recording after replay: - trigger reread of the resume file after replaying a recording - reset resume of a recording when the resume file is deleted - trigger reread of the resume files for all recordings if Resume ID is changed

The patch is for VDR-1.3.18 but it works with VDR-1.3.22, too.
