have been made (and transcoding does not help).  It seems the only method
that
really works all the time is to count the cutmarks and adjust the
timeshift
accordingly (~100ms per cut).
Do you have to count cut marks or actual cuts(blocks), I mean if we make cut
in the middle of recording, it takes two cut marks and one cut mark will
split the video, etc.
