Changes: - fixed a bug where the patch delayed the EPG-scan even if a card would have been available for scanning (Thanks to Torsten Lang and Tobias Grimm for discovering the bug)
The DiSEqC support still needs more testing - I do not have DiSEqC hardware myself. Please provide feedback.

The bug was not properly fixed. Thanks to Thomas Günther for reporting and suggestions for single-card VDRs.
So here is an updated version of the patch:

Feedback is always welcome - I do not have the hardware to test most of the possible configurations.
