Hi,
I noticed that the softdevice-plugin has got a dummy audio driver. Is it possible to have a dummy video device too? Thanks.

Hm, where would you need softdevice without video?

How about on a server that only serves streams? No reason to waste CPU cycles and generate heat in such a configuration.

Would it then be necessary to even load such a plugin like softdevice? When I want to only stream from my HTPC to my desktop, I only load streamdev-server on there, and in the near future xine-network...
