Here's a new version:

- set cmd_len correctly (libata checks for correct cmd_len before passing commands through) - indent cleanup - earlier entry point to slow down drive before playback starts

Todo:

- proper error handling - try old SET CD/DVD SPEED command in case SET STREAMING isn't supported
