Here is a new version of the submenu patch. I have fixed problems with MenuCmdPosition=top (from liemikuutio (enAIO) patch):

This patch is needed for the submenu plugin.

I tried to send this patch to the author of the submenu plugin sad@ntica.com but the mail returned with "Mail delivery failed".
