Here a new release of vdr2jpeg. To build with lastest checkout from ffmpeg svn repository. (tested with ffmpeg checkout r9303)

Changes -------- update to build with ffmpeg-svn (r9303) add options for frame span

What's it --------- This is a simple program to grab jpeg images from VDR-Recordings. It's used inside xxv to generated preview images of recordings.
