Hi, I've a recording box with 3 skystar2 cards in it.
I think it is good idea to add new commands to svdrp to make it more complete.
for example: RST: to restart vdr program. PDVB: to set primary dvb device or report wich card is set now. LSCT: to list timers that currently writing data to disk.
I've many difficulties to scan signal on a specific card ( I must set primary dvb by telnet plugin) , I can't find wich timers currently writing ( I must check time of all of timers) and I also must restart my box by remotely login to it , now.
Thanks.
jikjikman.

You can also restart your VDR via "Setup|Restart". This menu entry can also be reached via SVDRP.

VDR/HISTORY:
2005-05-08: Version 1.3.24
- The timer status now has a new bit that is set when that timer is currently recording (suggested by Matthias Schniedermeyer). See man vdr(5) for details.

Thanks for answers, But what about setting primary DVB through svdrp?

Thanks,
But how can I understand which card is my primary dvb interface? I think it is good idea to extend svdrp stat command to return additional info about current primary device.
for example stat pdvb can return current primary dvb device.
By the way, do you have any plan to add SourceCaps patch as VDR new feature? I think this will improve VDR capabilities.
