I have adapted the sharelnb patch for vdr-1.3.24:

The patch based on the original version 1.3.23_v2 from: http://www.xn--ltzke-jua.de/dvb/VDR_LNB_sharing_patch/configurableLNBshare-V... with following changes: - solved conflict with enAIO-2.1/2.2 patch in config.h and config.c - adapted to VDR-1.3.24
