Ok, I'm almost ready to give up on this :)
I have a Hauppuage WinTV-Go-PVR card.
ivtv-detect gives the following: driver: bttv-0.9.16 card: BT878 video (Hauppauge (bt878)), bus info PCI:0000:02:09.0 /dev/v4l/vbi0: VBI encoding (links: /dev/vbi, /dev/vbi0) /dev/v4l/video0: YUV encoding (links: /dev/video0)
But when I start VDR with -Ppvrinput I get: pvrinput: 17:51:40 no PVR device found
My channels.conf has: TVONT:55250:I0:C:0:301:300:305:A1:1:0:0:0 Global:61250:I0:C:0:301:300:305:A1:1:0:0:0
Any suggestions on what I can do?
Norm
My opinion is, that Hauppauge Wintv-GO has no hardware MPEG2 coder, so it will not work with ivtv. ----------------------------------------------- Füley István TigerComp SRL 0266-217.100 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mlists" mlists@dressler.ca To: "VDR Mailing List" vdr@linuxtv.org Sent: Tuesday, May 09, 2006 1:09 AM Subject: [vdr] Analog question -- again
