Hi all.
My VDR project has been stalled for almost a year now, mainly because of lacking suitable hardware. Can someone confirm if I can get these products to work with VDR? What is required is RGB Scart output, FTA DVB-S, FTA DVB-C and Conax encrypted DVB-C reception (i already have Conax CAM).

+ I already have technotred budget DVB-C without CI connection.
Or any better suggestions?

As far as the explaining text and the chart of that extension show, this extension does not have a) a protection for the card (for overvoltage, static electricity and so on, which can easily lead to a dead expensive FF DVB-s card) b) no correction to get the signals videoconform and as the signals you can get from jp2 are not meeting the standards it easily can happen that your expensive tv won't give you nice video quality at all with this setup. Cause of that I would not recommend it.

Try to get a rev. 1.5 card, they are still the best as far as the receiver and the audio D/A converters.
