The changes since version 1.5.15: - Fixed setting the current subtitle track in Transfer-Mode (reported by Petri Helin, thanks to Reinhard Nissl for pointing out that cDevice::Transferring() doesn't return the right value in the early stage of channel switching). - Updated the Danish OSD texts (thanks to Mogens Elneff). - Updated the Dutch OSD texts (thanks to Carel Willemse). - Fixed various spelling errors and improved PLUGINS.html (thanks to Ville Skyttä). - Updated the Italian OSD texts (thanks to Diego Pierotto). - Fixed the format in cRemote::Put() to use "%016llX" instead of "%016LX" (thanks to Ludwig Nussel for pointing this out). - Revised the fix of calculating the scrollbar height in the skins. The scrollbar handle now always has a height that is at least the width of the scrollbar. - When switching the device that's used for live viewing away from the current transponder in favor of an upcoming recording, an attempt is now made to stay on the current channel by possibly going into 'Transfer Mode'. - The CAM menu now stays open as long as it is automatically updated, even without pressing a remote control key. HELP: Waiting for EPG in vdr-1.5.x

Hi everybody, I have a Hauppauge Nova-T500 DVB-Tand a TT fullfeature output DVB-S. I have tried everything that I know to get EPG but without success. I am using ubuntu 7.10, vdr-1.5.x and installed vdradmin-am 3.61 as well as xxv 1.10. I use a few plugins too. I live in Finland, any advice will be very much welcomed. regards, Chris

[patch] channels with same pids

Hi. Some satellites have many channels with same sid, nid, tid on different transponders. This is incorrect pid table, and vdr works with it not good, need scan channels and change rid manually, but if you select "transponder update" all you settings will be rewrite and channels deleted as duplicate. I have this trouble on ABS1 75.0 E and Express AM2 80.0 E, and I have very many channels with same pids on my iptv stream. Hi list, After some delays, I've finally updated some of my stuff to the latest i18n standards of VDR. streamplayer-0.1.5 and proxy-0.1.4 now use the VDR-1.5.8+ compatible i18n system including backwards compatibility and all the latest newplugin changes. Also, both now have Italian translation thanks to Diego. no program icon with xineliboutput under 64bit

i have run vdr-sxfe under ubuntu gutsy 64bit edition. xinelibout works fine, but the programm icon is noit shown in the left upper corner. there is only a standard icon with rectangles. is there a solution to show the vdr-sxfe icon? Stefan

Any chance we can get ATSC tunner card support with the next branch of vdr? In 1 year from today it will replace all analog TV broadcast in the US.
