Garbage time and date

I have set my VDR to update the system clock and this has been working well for many years now. However I recently had a problem with my DVB-T antenna system causing bad reception and it really screwed up the system clock, ocasionally changing to the wrong date and time. I verified this by looking at the system log. I thought DVB packets were checked for integrity with a checksum. How could this happen? Could it be that the shear volume of corrupted packets means that a simple checksum is not robust enough? Thanks

vdr 1.7.21 and no audio, video or epg

Hi, I restartet my gentoo vdr machine after some weeks and now I don't have a video or audio, just the OSD. I also get no epg data, the machine is running for some hours, but no epg at all. Femon tells me, that I got a signal and a lock. Playback of old recodings works fine. Quality issues

I am having problems with the image in vdr-sxfe, and initially I thought it was an issue with the settings relayting to video, but now I feel more confident that the root cause is in the DVB stream - which means it might be slightly off topic for this list if that is the case. What I see from time to time (every ~5 minutes) is that an old image (from a few seconds ago) is suddenly displayed and then 'fades' away.
