One small but annoying feature is the alphabetizing in recordings menu. Is there a setting for this or is this a bug. Letters like ä and ö are falsely alphabetized and equalized with a and o. This means that sometimes when lookin for a recording I first can't find it because of this untill I remember that it is not where I am looking for it.
I.e. if I have a program which name begins with an ä it will be first in the list and not last as it should.
I'm using vdr-1.3.24

When sorting recordings, VDR uses the locale settings of your system. If you set these appropriately, the sorting will be as expected.
BTW: I'd say putting the 'ä' at the end is the error, not putting it next to the 'a' - but that may be different in your locale.

Yes ä is in the end of alphabets but a is in the beginning :)
