Hi Folks! Klaus! this is probably something easily answered, and I guess I just missed it somewhere in the docu ... so apologies in andvance ... Hi list, I'll be releasing this and a few other patches for VDR 1.3.33, which have evolved during the last months while working on XeatreOS (a distribution based on LinVDR 0.7, which is used for the Xeatre boxes, http://www.xeatre.tv/). Hello, I've released a new version of my statusleds plugin. This will compile now for vdr >= 1.3.38 also and will be compiled with -fPIC which is needed on some systems (Thanks to Thomas Günther for the patches). For all not knowing this plugin: It uses one flashing keyboad LED to display if vdr is recording. It signals with beeps start and finish of recordings (with a configurable prewarn beep also). Variable Documentation for VDRconvert (especially VDR2DVD)

Hi, I am trying to use vdrconvert to transfer some VDR recordings to a DVD. I have some problems understanding the use of the variables. Is there anyplace where to RTFM? I could not find anything readily available detailing the various variables available in the .conf files. Currently, I have a need to understand the variable DVDUSESTREAMS. Hi all, is there a mp3 streaming server plugin for the VDR that streams the audio of the current program as a live-stream in mp3? Is there anything like that planned? Or is there a way to get the live-audio via device like /dev/dsp or something like that? VDR not using /video1 to record anymore

I had a crash on my vdr PC a few weeks ago, but my /video0 and /video1 partitions were saved, so I reinstalled VDR+OS, and VDR picked up on all the recordings on both partitions no problem, I can play from both /video0 and /video1 no problem, but VDR wont record to /video1 anymore, vdr still reports proper space remaining, in this case 26 hours free, but all recordings go to /video0, even though its full, with over 36 gigs remaining on /video1.. [PATCH] vdr-streamdev CVS: remote timers

Hi there, I made a patch which re-enables the "Streaming Control" menu for the VDR streamdev plugin from CVS. The key feature of this menu is the "Remote Timer" functionality. The "Streaming Control" menu has been commented out in April 2005. A few changes were necessary to adapt the old code to recent VDR 1.3 releases.
