Eggtimer-0.9.1 thread won't end

I wanted to test this "eggtimer-0.9.1" plugin with vdr-1.3.44 and it seems to work pretty well. But, when I have the eggtimer switch to a specific channel on a timer, I get the following error message when I try to change channels manually after the eggtimer switched the channel. vdr: [13902] ERROR: Eggtimer thread 13902 won't end (waited 30 seconds) - canceling it... Has anyone seen this error? Best Regards,

Hi, I use vdr with TechniSat SkyStar 2 DVB-S card revision 2.6D. I run vdr 1.3.44 as recording server at background without output devices: # vdr v /mnt/pub/video -c /etc/vdr -L /usr/lib/vdr/ In a minute vdr starts to switch channels randomly. If I run vdr with actuator plugin: # vdr v /mnt/pub/video -c /etc/vdr -L /usr/lib/vdr/ -Pactuator my dish starts to "walk" with the satellite on the satellite. Hi there, I am going to enhance Channelscan-Plugin for DVB-T and DVB-C. The scanning will be implemented as "blind scan", and it should work with different hardware sets. eg. two DVB-S and one DVB-T tuner or two DVB-C tuner. In other words I need a reliable way to get a device. Actualy I use this for the moment (DVB-S only, valid transponders only) : ... if (cDevice::GetDevice(i)->ProvidesSource(sourceCode) & !cDevice::GetDevice(i)->Receiving(true)) SetTransponderData(... cDevice::GetDevice(i)->SwitchChannel( ... if that fails (no lock), I go further if (cDevice::GetDevice(i)->ProvidesSource(sourceCode) && cDevice::GetDevice(i)->Receiving(true) && !cDevice::GetDevice(i)->Receiving()) { SetTransponderData(... SwitchChannel( ... But this solution is to weak. Actual, sometimes I don`t get a vaild device at all with valid transponders. Of course recordings or live view could be shutting down if needed.
