Hi, For those of you interested in picking up strange test broadcasts, ITV HD is currently testing on Eurobird 1 @ 28.5E. Apparently the channel is currently broadcasting in H.222 (MPEG4 in an MPEG2 stream?), but can be picked up if you are using VDR+XINE+COREAVC. Most set top box satellite receivers can't pull in this channel at the moment. Presently they are showing a loop of HD images of London at 1920x1088i. Judder with interlaced channels

I have some problems with interlaced channels on SD & HDTV. Judder and jitter and its good visible when I using a SD channel with a ticker-tape. If I tune to Discovery HD 1080i its shaking and stutter around but 720P channel like National Geographic HD are smooth. I don't know where to look at. My configurations : 1.) Hi, I'm trying to set vdr building the packages from the e-tobi source packages. I'm doing this because I want to run vdr as streamdev client, with no dvb card in the client system. Some postings before i read about multiproto + hvr4000 and tuning problems. I had that problems myselfe. The problem is the inversion setting in the driver. It's a driver bug. At the moment i do not have my modified driver by hand. Will post it in later today. UPnP/DLNA server plugin?

Has anyone written a direct UPnP/DLNA plugin, to stream out VDR recordings and live TV to PS3 or XBOX 360? IMHO this would be a logical extension to the streamdev plugin. :) There is a good UPnP server available for linux, called Fuppes: http://fuppes.ulrich-voelkel.de/ Fuppes can be used to stream VDR recordings, but so far I haven't been able to get live video to work..
