Hi list, I am currently running MythTV in my box but very seriously considering moving over to the VDR camp, mainly because of the strange and hostinle climate on the Myth developer list/community. Just spend some time reading the VDR list and this seems to work a lot better and chacking the software it also seems to be a lot more modular and well built. Wrong behaviour in cStatus::OsdTextItem

Hello everyone, tracking down some strange behaviour (a segfault ;-) when using the lcdproc plugin, I noticed that VDR generates contradictory cStatus::OsdTextItem events. If an epg item has no description, vdr issues "status: cStatusTest::OsdTextItem (null) 0" without a previous OsdTextItem call with the "text" variable set. vdr-1.3.44, bug?

Tested with vdr-1.3.44-patched-plugins.022806.1.tar.bz2 and analogtv from cvs. After a timer starts the "Current & Next-Epg-Entry" when hitting "Ok" is not changed to the current station, not sure if this is only happening with analogtv. BTW - does someone have a working "RepeatingEpgPatch" for 1.3.44? Please PM ;-) Thanks.

who is using the tt-dvb-c 2300?

Hello, A few days ago we tried to use a tt-dvb-c 2300 with vdr-1.3.44. After patching the drivers with the (audio-patch). the sound is ok but the receiving quality is very bad. Is that a known problem. I tried a suse kernel 2.6.13 with the latest hg snapshot of the drivers.. Fw..23. My old dvb-c 2100 works perfectly on the same cable but the new card has dropouts. Please halp.
